What's intresting is, even though I am the one who made this, I have no idea how to describe it. The benefit of doing weird custom shaped products I suppose; but that's beside the point. This product is designed as a form of a dump sock. Dump socks are to ensure a product is funneled down correctly into a bin, and not fly everywhere. Piecing this together was a challenge as it is made of 3 pieces. For the person thinking, "oh don't you just sew it together?" no, we don't. All of our Vinyl has a more bumpy side, and a smooth side. The smooth side is part of the vinyl better treated, so we that part turned out as it helps the cover last longer. To ensure we accomplish this, every piece has to be sewn together just so to come out facing the same direction. With the exception of the middle piece on this cover. Which had to be sewn on in a reverse, and backwards fashion from what I just said, to ensure it opened correctly, and the correct side faced out. Confused? Sorry. If it helps, sometimes we are too. Fortunately, I love my job and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have always had a love for designing and creating things. For that to be my career, I am beyond estatic. All of that to say, yes our stuff is weird and hard to describe, but we take pride in what we do and how we make it.
